Medicult needs a word of advice

Medicult Board retains advisers, regarding the previous offer from Vitrolife.

Medicult, a leader

in Assisted Reproductive Technologies, known as ART, has announced that its Board has appointed DnBNOR Markets to advise on and actively evaluate the offer from Vitrolife and all options available to Medicult and its shareholders. Furthermore, Medicult has appointed Wiersholm as legal advisor to Medicult in Norway and Plesner as legal advisor to Medicult in DK.
